Everyone was vey welcoming and courteous the room was clean and taken care of anything I needed was taken care of . I highly recommend flint motel as as a descent stay

Had move to another place don't I mean don't stay Budget motel tell you one thing then another next day. Got lucky found this place. Nice room with kitchenette $170 week wow. Great staff
The location is great and the rooms are very clean. I stayed here a year ago and I can definitely say that the new management is really good and they have improved a lot.

Don't listen to ANY comments from 6 months ago & longer! There is NEW owners & they're absolutely wonderful!! I've been here 2 months. It's on a part of dort that isn't bad at all! Alot of ppl that are here, have been here for awhile! No drama. No fighting. It's actually quite quiet being a motel on dort highway lol. They are currently redoing room by room! Was just put into a newer one, when I first got here I was in one that needed remodeled. The one I'm in now is alll up to date. & absolutely NO BUGS! THANK GOD. Barry & his son Mulan, are absolutely amazing!
Long term rooms are great price, management is great to deal with. I've stayed a number of times. Out of the way and out of the city. Secluded.
